I began my physiotherapy career in private MSK clinic settings, where I gained extensive experience treating a wide range of patients and conditions. As a certified Dry Needling and Acupuncture practitioner, I integrate traditional and modern techniques to optimise recovery and relieve pain.
Currently, I work within a private community setting, providing tailored physiotherapy at home for a variety of needs — including MSK conditions such as back and neck pain, arthritis, joint stiffness, postural issues, sports injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation. I also support patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, and peripheral nerve injuries.
My practice further focuses on falls prevention, mobility and transfer training, ergonomic advice, pain management, and paediatric physiotherapy. My each session is designed to promote independence, restore confidence, and help every individual achieve their best quality of life.
